This healthy tomato salsa is so easy to prepare and fits perfectly with different recipies.
I often use it for mexican tortillas, or as a top up on chili con carne.
This salsa takes only few minutes to make and it is also suitable for raw vegan diet.
½ Red pepper
½ Red onion Cayenne pepper powder
fresh Green chili pepper
Juice from ½ lime
50ml Olive oil
Through all the ingredients into your food processor and pulse it for a couple of times to get a chunky salsa texture. Blend it longer for a fine salsa texture.
Taste the salsa to adjust salt and spice level.
Enjoy with veggies or mexican inspired dishes.
You can store the leftovers in the refrigerator and it will last for about 5 days.
