No time for breakfast?

Just throw few healthy ingrediences into your blander and you are good to go.

Avocado might be a surprising ingredient for a smoothie but it makes it super smooth and adds extra benefits in terms of unsaturated (good) fats.


1 ripe Banana

1/4 Avocado

1 handful of Spinache - fresh or frozen

1 tablespoon of Flexseeds

1 tablespoon of Oatmeal

1/2 cup of your favorite vegetable milk

Throw everything into your blender and mix untill creamy and smooth.

Pure the mixture into your favorite take away cup and you have a great breakfast on a go.
